Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-06-27
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Pokémon card price lookup/comparison and related services provided by PokeCardmon (the “Service”), as well as the rights and obligations of members and the Service.
Article 2 (Nature of the Service)
Prices, expected values (EV), and rankings provided by the Service are reference information collected, processed, and compared from publicly available external markets for users' convenience, and do not guarantee actual transaction prices. Rights to the original data, images, and names belong to their respective sources and rights holders; the Service merely displays them for citation/comparison and claims no ownership of the originals. Upon a legitimate request from a rights holder, the relevant information will be corrected or removed without delay. The Service is not liable for losses arising from using the information as a basis for investment or trading.
Article 3 (Membership)
Users may register with an email and password; by registering, they are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Users must not misappropriate others' information or register false information.
Article 4 (Member Obligations)
Members are responsible for keeping their account information secure, and may not use automated means to bulk-collect the Service's screens/data, interfere with the Service's normal operation, or commercially redistribute them.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
Rights to Pokémon and related names/images belong to The Pokémon Company / Nintendo / Creatures / GAME FREAK. This is an unofficial fan service.
Article 6 (Advertising)
The Service may display third-party ads such as Google AdSense for its operation. Ad providers may use cookies for personalized ads; details and opt-out methods are described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Service is not liable for delays, errors, or interruptions of information due to changes in the availability/accuracy of external sources, force majeure, maintenance, etc.
Article 8 (Changes)
These Terms may be changed after prior notice, with the effective date specified upon each change.
